I’m a qualified, integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
The type of counselling I offer draws upon a number of different theories and techniques, such as person centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy. My way of working is influenced by these schools of counselling and is tailored in a unique and individual way for each person that I enter the therapeutic process with. This means the counselling that you receive will be tailored to what works for you. It’s very much a collaborative process and relies on your feedback to ensure that you’re getting the most out of the process.
The counselling that I offer is for adults on a one to one basis. This takes place in two locations depending on your preference
- Warrington town centre
- Manchester City Centre
Both locations are easily accessible and are warm, comforting environments.
I work with adults only. In addition; I can speak moderate Punjabi if you would find this helpful please let me know.
As I’m a member of the BACP I adhere to the Ethical Framework and the professional conduct within it. This can be found on the BACP website at: www.bacp.co.uk
